In the Clinic for Trauma Surgery and Orthopaedics we treat patients with fresh injuries and injury complications of all degrees of severity, as well as patients with orthopaedic diseases of the supporting system and musculoskeletal system. In accordance with our role as a clinic which provides maximum medical care in cases requiring trauma surgery, we can offer all of the necessary options in terms of personnel, instruments and surgical procedures to offer comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation to patients who have been injured in accidents. Patients can take advantage of our services both under accident insurance cover and as patients with state or private health insurance.

Today, trauma surgery and orthopaedics use state-of-the-art surgical techniques like endoscopy-assisted techniques, keyhole surgery techniques and microsurgical methods, as well as computer-based planning and computer-assisted operations, e.g. in the case of complex pelvic or spinal injuries.

The repertoire of our Clinic for Trauma Surgery and Orthopaedics also includes surgery after failed healing of bone fractures, axis deviations of bones and joints, degenerative joint damage, in particular cartilage damage, as well as the fitting of artificial hip, knee, shoulder and ankle joints.
